Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005)

Two secret assassins meet and fall in love. They are now an average couple and they both believe the other one thinks they have a regular job. When they are both assassins out to kill the other. When the news of the other being an assassin as well was found out they tried to kill each other. Sneaking into their own house trying to get all the supplies they had and fighting through the living room hoping they would be the one to kill the other. The fight didn't last long as they had to eventually team up when a team of assassins were hired to kill the both of them. Using their knowledge of fighting together they set off to start a battle.

The only way to get their freedom back was to kill everyone in the way. That's just what they were about to do. First goal was to lead them somewhere so they stole the neighbours minivan and sped down the freeway. Black cars caught up behind and the action begins. Mr. Smith taking the guns and the Mrs going behind the wheel. They fend off the first batch of followers and now the battle moves to the inside of an appliance store. Huge battle goes on and they fight through the store killing everyone after them. The movie is somewhat old and not the best story behind it and that's why it gets a 2.7 stars out of 5.

Fast Five (2011) Review

They're back! This time it's the whole family. Everyone they met and became close with is now getting together to pull off the greatest heist of all time. This is their only chance of freedom and it's going to take a lot of time to accomplish. The two meet after bailing Dom out of prison the illegal way and decided that they must escape the lives they have and start fresh. They head to Rio in search of little car jacking jobs when they find a much better opportunity. The governor of Rio is a huge drug lord and is loaded with money, that's why he is the perfect target. They're just missing one important thing. A team. 

They had the people capable for the job, now they just needed a plan they could execute. They started off by going to one of the drug lords secret locations and burning all the money. This caused him to relocate all the profits to one location. The safest location he could find, but what could that be? A police station. They were done! No chance of them breaking into the police station unless they had invisible cars. How is that possible though. Well it is, you just need to steal a few cop cars first.

The day came and the robbery began. They snuck into the police station and hooked up the safe to the cars. Once it was pulled out, the chase begun. Swerving through police car after police car destroying everything behind it with the safe. The action involved with the movie was absolutely phenomenal and the great ending of them getting away safely with the money made for a happy ending. I really enjoyed this movie and that's why I'm giving it 4.7 stars out of 5

Fast and Furious (2009) Review

Guess who's a police officier again. That's right Brian O'Conner is back on the force and ready to take down a large drug lord. Dominic wants the same guy but for different reasons. The drug lord took the life of Letty, Dom's girlfriend of several years and he seeks some revenge. Brian and Dom meet again at the race for the spot on the team to drive for the drug lord. This spot was necessary if you wanted to even get close to this guy. Dom got the spot, but Brian used his connections with the law to get onto the team as well.

It came to the delivery day and the four cars transporting the goods, aka drugs, were on their way to sneak them across the border. They raced across the desert ground into a tunnel that brought them to the American side. From there they met up on the hill. Dom knew they would die, so he rigged his car to blow. Brian and Dom escaped together unharmed. They still needed to take care of the drug lord and they now had a way to bargain with him. The truck they took was filled with 40 million dollars of cocaine and he would not want to lose those profits. 

They arranged a meet and Brian ordered police support to watch over and arrest the drug lord, but he ended up escaping and reaching the Mexican border where the FBI could not interfere. Dom and Brian set off to get the drug lord and fight with cars through the desert to finally capture him. This movie brought me back to my childhood when the first one was made and that why I'm giving this a 4.4 stars out of 5.

The Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift (2006) Review

The Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift (2006)

A crazy teen trying to make a point in his town leads to a new life for him. A teen named Sean Boswell races a rich spoiled jock with his daddy's fast ride. Sean was going to show this guy and all his friends that they shouldn't have messed with him. They go to a new housing development and race there. The jock gets into an accident when side by side Sean and trying to run him off the road. Sean won but was going too fast to stop and rolled over. At the police station he was told that he must move to Japan with his father or he would be going to jail.

In Japan he met some friends that were involved in cars, but they had a different type of racing; it was called drifting. First night on the track he stood out in the crowd and became very popular in the wrong way. A rich man named Han saw how upset this kid got his rival and took him onto his team. Sean learned how to drift and became a pro. Sean worked his way up to the top until he reached DK(Drift King). DK wasn't too happy about this and went to Han's garage to talk about this. Sean and Han escaped and drove off drifting through Japan. DK was close behind. Han missed a turned and flipped the car was on fire and leaking quickly. Han was dead...

To revenge his death Sean went out to make the best car suited for him and beat DK. They raced on the hardest and winded road in Tokyo. DK driving dirty trying to kill Sean when Sean hits his brakes and DK flies down the hill totalling his car and letting Sean take the win in the race. Fast and Furious Tokyo drift grabs that e-brake to get a 3.8 stars out of 5.

The Haunting in Connecticut (2009) Review

The Haunting in Connecticut (2009)

A movie based on all real events that begins when a small family has to move when their son Matt gets very sick. The car rides were getting too hard for him to handle and the hospital was a far trip. This new house was cheap rent but it had a unique history behind it. They had no other decision and decided to move in.

Weird things starting happening to Matt and he began to hallucinate about dead creatures surrounding him, but that was one of the side effects of the treatment and he kept it to himself so he wouldn't have to end his treatment. Soon after the whole family started to sees this creatures and they realised the house was haunted and the house was in control of their lives. Almost dying along the way to find the reason for the spirits to be doing this.

The little boys spirit enters Matt's body and brings him to the house. He boarders up the doors from the inside and starts to rip the walls open. Hundreds of bodies fall down from the wall the image left in your head is complete disgust. The spirits were finally free and Matt randomly healed and was not sick anymore. I enjoyed the movie at the beginning, but near the end the story kind of died on me. You have to keep in mind that it was based on a true story and it can't be changed too much and that's why this movie gets a sad 2.5 out of 5 stars

Random Daily Post

Today I woke up extremely late and was not in the mood to get out of my cozy warm bed, but of course I had to. Got up late as can be anyways and only had time for a quick shower and the chance to brush my teeth. Seeing how it's becoming colder everyday of course the first time I see frost all over my car would be when I was running late. Nothing I could do now but I did not have the time to clean it off, so I jump in the car and used my windshield washer fluid to clean off the frost. It kept freezing back on and my defrosters weren't warm enough to keep the water from crystallizing yet so I continued to spray the windshield. By the time I got to the parking lot the second bell had just rung and now I had to wait inside waiting for the national anthem to finish. Once that was done I walk gently to my class room sat done then began writing this.

Casino Royale (2006) Review

The names Bond, James Bond. One of most famous quotes carried on throughout the whole series. James Bond movies have been running since the 60s and they're still getting better. In Casino Royale we see an updated version of Mr. Bond with the new actor Daniel Craig. He's a wonderful actor and I loved the addition of many realistic fights, but was disappointed with the lack of cool gadgets. When I was growing up Pierce Brosnon was the James Bond I knew and loved. The quality of the movie may have been poor because of the technology they had to produce the movie, but the gadgets they came up with we're all possible and very interesting to see. I'm definitely a bigger fan with the new movies, but I will go back any day to watch the old ones.

In Casino Royale James Bond is trying to stop La Chiffre, a banker for international terrorist. His goal was to get 10 million invested into his "company and win 15 times the amount he earned in a poker game. What he didn't expect was for Bond to be a great poker player. With La Chiffre big upsetting lose, the terrorist begin looking for him. He doesn't get too far as an assassin comes to kill him while he's investigating Bond. James is out and in the hospital making a full recovery. He has a girl Vesper Lynd and plenty of money so he decides to make the decision and quit the spy world. Vesper was going to withdrawal the  money when M calls. She was wondering if the treasurer would ever get his 10 million back. That's when he went on the hunt. Vesper was a spy herself and her goal was to seduce Bond and get the money for her employer. Bond follows her to the drop off and interrupts their little party.

One of the best James Bond movies in the series in my opinion and I can't wait for the new Skyfall to come out on the 9th. A few things were missing in the movie such as the classic gadgets and that's why this movie gets a punch smacking 4 stars out of 5.
